Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing of all bagging and weighing machines.
  • Preventive maintenance of all equipment to be scheduled and followed.
  • Minimize the machine downtime in day-to-day activities by corrective and predictive maintenance.
  • Equipments to be maintained -Automatic FFS bagging machines, Libra and Siwarex scale, Weigh bridge, Belt conveyors, Palletizing machine, bag Printers, Sewing machines, Roller conveyor & Wrapping Machine.
  • Carry out improvement work on Bagging lines, bulk loading, Automatic Jumbo package equipment and systems.
  • Handle Instrumentation Test / Calibration equipments.
  • Experience with variable frequency drives (VFD) and servo drives; electrical fault finding and control panel wiring; HMI & PLC fault finding.
