Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyze training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules.?Develop training modules? materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.?Deliver training to all interested parties up to DDWD/ TTM standards?Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards?Trade test new employees up to the required standards?Record and communicate training results with concerned departments?Coach junior instructor for best practice and mentor trainees where requested.?Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports.?Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.?Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
