Job Description

Overview of the role : Installation Engineer leads & support Installation and AMC Services Team to execute all types of security system maintenance casual jobs and maintenance tasks, PPM, site visits, evaluation, inspection, reactive and proactive services, attend authority inspections and approval as per ADMCC/SIRA police rules within the agreed SLA and business needs ensuring customer satisfaction, profession work ethics and standards. What you will do :

  • Understand the process of Security System Installation and AMC services.
  • Comply all requirements related with SIRA/ADMCC
  • Understands various discipline wise project/AMC requirements.
  • Complete the daily tasks and assigned PPMs on timely basis without any escalations.
  • Troubleshoot all type of security systems under Maintenance within agreed SLA.
  • Educate the client on how to use and maintain their devices
  • Update business with required reports and documents
