Position based in Dubai (UAE)Main purposeWorking with the Oil & Gas Division, under the responsibility of the Sales Manager UAE, you will contribute to support fully the duties of your sales team to achieve business targets.Key responsibilities:; Decrypting consultant specifications.; Understanding bill of materials.; Liaising with Suppliers for timely offers and deliveries.; Preparing customized commercial offers in the ERP system used by the group.; Registering orders and reviewing contractual documents with group legal department.; Preparing material submittals.; Allocating stocks, issuing delivery and pick notes, shipping documentation.; Monitoring the successful completion of the supply cycle until payment.; Updating the Group CRM system.; Preparing Monthly reports on product offers and orders.Skills requirement:; Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position; Understanding of sales / commerce / trading principles; Knowledge and understanding of Pipes and Valves technical specification is required; Calculation methods; Experience of an Enterprise Resource Program; Experience of a Customer Relationship Management Program; Advanced knowledge of Excel is a requirement; Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and pay attention to details; Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work under pressure; Drive to succeed; Professional verbal and written communication skills in English; Customer-service orientation; Team player
