In addition to sales via our eighteen branch offices, seca products are also exported to over 110 countries.ÿAs our business is expanding globally and regionally and in our pursuit to always move closer to our clients and partners in the region, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai branch to contribute to the below:ÿDuties and responsibilitiesÿ

  • Together with the team, being responsible for multinational customer support from order acceptance to invoicing, including but not limited to order verification and entry, items booking, preparation of export documents and cross-departmental communication
  • Ensuring smooth order operation and clarity of execution for assigned projects
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure efficient deliveries and prevent delays
  • Providing customer advice/support by email/telephone as when required
  • As the Inside sales coordinator you will be involved in the day-to-day operation, follow-ups of customer inquiries and preparation of quotations.
  • You will personally support existing and new customers from the beginning to the end of order processing (Customer Care) whenever required
  • Involvement in regional, international, and cross-department projects.ÿ
