  • Contribute to driving MAF?s ambitious Customer & Brand Innovation programme and strategy.
  • Drive tangible innovation activities, executing against MAF Innovation framework, running the innovation setup phases, cycles, ideation and qualification with BUs and for Holding.
  • Manage the current Innovation capabilities and scout opportunities to enrich and evolve the capabilities over time, always with a focus on impact & growth
  • Ensure the innovation efforts are consistent and focused on the customer and thebrand and assess their financial impact.
  • Deploy & evolve MAF?s innovation framework, manage the Innovation Dashboard & KPIs reporting.
  • Provide strategic, creative and hands-on support to the owners of BU-centric projects.
  • Challenge team members and BU as they work to refine and reiterate ideas while transforming them into reality, ensuring deliverables quality and fit to brand, business and customers
  • Support in leading cross-BU and Holding level innovation projects
  • Help senior leadership to shape the culture required for innovation to succeed at MAF
  • Support scouting strategic future customer and brand focused business opportunities
  • Spread & promote innovation approach and mindset across the organization.
  • Embeds Innovation & Creative Thinking in Experience Design projects.
Qualifications and Minimum Experience:
  • 8 ? 10 years prior work experience in a related role
  • Bachelor degree in a related field, such as Innovation, Design (service/strategic/ business design), Communication or Psychology, Business or commensurate work experience;
  • Ideally the candidate has a mixed background with practical experience in multiple industries
