Job Description

  • Supervise the Innovation Lab and its resources, ensuring that equipment, tools, and supplies are well-maintained, organized, and up-to-date.
  • Manage access and membership to the lab, overseeing the onboarding process for new members and ensuring that all participants adhere to lab policies and guidelines.
  • Work closely with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support the development and execution of innovative projects, experiments, and research activities in the lab.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, attending conferences, webinars, and workshops to continuously enhance the Innovation Labs capabilities and offerings.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to lab members and other stakeholders, promoting continuous learning and skill development within the lab community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to identify opportunities for innovation and to support the integration of new technologies and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for lab equipment, processes, and projects, ensuring that data is readily available and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in research and experimentation efforts within the lab, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and breakthroughs in IT technology, robotics, 3D printing, and other relevant fields.
  • Foster a creative, collaborative, and inclusive environment within the lab, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of lab activities and initiatives, gathering feedback from members and stakeholders to continuously improve the labs operations and offerings.
  • Assist in the procurement and installation of new equipment, software, and other resources, ensuring that the lab remains at the cutting edge of technological advancements.
  • Coordinate with external partners and industry experts, establishing relationships that can support the labs objectives and provide additional resources for research and development.
  • Promote the Innovation Lab and its accomplishments, both internally and externally, showcasing its successes and impact on the organization and the wider industry.
