Job Description

Our client is a Leading Japanese Company in˙Government Sector. They are now looking for an˙Innovation Assistant-Japanese Speakers˙to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Necessary coordination for organizing seminars related to GAH project.
  • Communication with Japanese Start-ups which Dubai office supports.
  • Communication with the contractors at GAH project
  • Administrative work related to GAH project including outcome tracking, contracting, time schedule management and payment for outsourced projects/services.
  • Coordination, schedule management and assistance to necessary business trip for the project etc.
