Job Description

The purpose of this role is theimplementation of innovative projects for the Dubai Transportation systems which arethe centre of the strategy of Keolis-MHI. A dedicated Innovation and Digital Transformation (IDT) team is created to coordinate the development, adoption and support of new technology, innovationsand digital transformation.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in shaping the culture and processes required for innovations and digital transformation to succeed in the organization.
  • Develop a collaborative approach of innovation and digital transformation with other departments (within Maintenance and other departments: Operations, IT, Planning and Performance etc).
  • Creating and organizing round table for end user to share innovative ideas.
  • Collect needs and requirements for innovation and digital transformation within Keolis MHI Maintenance and Operations team.
  • Interact and coordinate with various external stakeholder (public agencies, start up, Keolis MHI stakeholders etc).
  • Lead Keolis-MHI Maintenance and Operations transverse Task Force to deliver a Smart Station and implement an innovation lab for the Dubai transportation system.
  • Leverage proven solutions implemented by Keolis-MHI elsewhere.
  • Identify both proven and innovative delivery methods from wider industry best practice.
  • Provide focus on critical assets and integrate the systems in the Asset Management approach.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and key stakeholders to integrate new telemetry/intelligence.
  • Prepare Business Cases to get validation from Keolis MHI management.
  • Support the delivery of Keolis-MHI IDT committed obligations.

  • Abel to influence wider organizational culture through systemic and sustainable approach.
  • Able to represent Keolis MHI as a credible ambassador to different stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
  • Arabic speaking would be added advantage
EXPERIENCE
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years of experience in mobility and/or transportation system
  • Should demonstrateexperience in Innovation and Digital Transformation fields
  • Should demonstrateexperience in interaction with public entities and authorities
  • Have round table experience and non-hierarchical management of a team.
  • Experience in Maintenance would be a plus
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • Must holdMasters degree in Engineering or Commercial field.
  • Masters degree in Innovation Management would be a plus.
