Job Description

Job Purpose:The Infrastructure Supervisor shall be supervising the overall upkeep of the assigned communities in terms of housekeeping, cleanliness and compliance of 3rd party contractors with safety standards and/or NOC conditions in order to deliver appropriate level of service to the investors and residentsKey Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits for inspecting the state of housekeeping, cleanliness and compliance on site
  • Manage and attend customer complaints to reach resolution within the key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Management of service providers to ensure appropriate quality of preventive and reactive maintenance
  • Participate in tender process in terms of scoping and evaluation.
  • Certify invoices of service providers based on SLA compliance
  • Continuously look for opportunities to reduce operational expenses
  • Highlight additional requirements required for improving communities such as refurbishment of assets, enhancements to communities and ideas for increasing the quality of services.
  • Enforce compliance with FM System used by Dubai Community Management
  • Survey all assigned communities for compliance of third party developers and contractors and observe issues such as stored material out of plot and damaged hoardings.
