- Extensive experience in the infrastructure contracting works in UAE, Dubai- Having strong and influential relationships with clients and consultants in the infrastructure contracting industry- Evaluate and estimate the budget and cost of infrastructure projects.- Hands-on experience with authorities? regulations and procedures to be followed during the business cycle.- Management of all procurement processing, managing subcontractors in coordination with company procurement department.- Oversee delivery of projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.- Strong technical experience in the infrastructure industryJob Requirements:- 10 to 15 years of experience in Dubai, UAE in infrastructure contracting sector as a project manager- Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering- Approved engineer from related authorities in Dubai (DM, RTA etc..)- Driving license obtained and capable of commuting as per projects requirements- Nationality: Arabic- Availability: preferably immediate.- Salary: TBD based on interview performance and qualifications
