Infrastructure DraftsmanJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings for community roads, including layout, grading, drainage, and utility plans.•Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts into detailed drawings.•Ensure drawings comply with local regulations, standards, and codes.•Update and maintain project drawings throughout the design and construction phases.•Assist in site surveys and incorporate findings into drawings as required.•Review and coordinate drawings with other disciplines (landscape, , etc.) to avoid clashes.•Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.Required Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.•Minimum 2–4 years of experience in road design or civil infrastructure drafting.•Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.•Understanding of road design, grading, drainage, and utility layout.•Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and specifications.•Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred:•Experience in residential community road projects.•Familiarity with local municipal and road design regulations in UAE.
