Job Description

As an IT Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. This position offers a blend of technical responsibilities, user support, and collaboration with IT professionals to maintain and improve our IT environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, including antivirus software and firewalls.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation and procedures.
  • Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
