Additionally, the Group operates a number of successful Digital properties and is aggressively expanding in the areas of high scale Dramas and Films ProductionMBC Group Corporate and brand information can be found on: www. mbc.net ??Job Responsibilities:Digital commercials- Created & implemented a proper workflow- Manage all communication on behalf of influencer- Became main contact for all influencers request whether for endorsement or moderation?- Monitoring influencers accounts - Prepare incidents reports?- Get from the client detailed requirements and expectations?- Created professional profiles for all active influencers & update it regularly- Share proposal with the client- Negotiate fees?- Draft a quotation- Coordinate with line manager & all concerned department- Follow-up on travel details on behalf of influencer- Edit/amend agreement with AA rules?- Draft agreement when needed- Ensure both influencers and client are happy with the outcome- Keep a track of all projects- Create clients on Oracle- Request invoices- Follow-up with finance & client on payment- Ensure % is properly communicated- Recommend to the client different AA platforms (AA SM accounts, website)?Moderating- Communicate with clients on requirement- Get details on the event?- Communicate with moderator line manager- Appraise the event with AA image- Suggest the most suitable moderator- Negotiate fees?- Share proposal?- Created professional bios for most active moderators- Create clients on Oracle- Request invoices- Follow-up with finance & client on payment- Ensure % is properly communicated- Follow-up on travel details on behalf of Moderator?Training- Manage training sessions with trainers & training companies?- Meet with organizers?- Ensure meeting organizers requirements?- Follow-up with finance & clients on payments??Branding- Positioning: Ensure AA logo and brand is well presented on all events/ barter deals/ print material?- Prepared a proposal for digital partnership?
