upervise and manage incoming & outgoing documents by cataloguing and storing both hard and soft copies of all project documentation (such as correspondences, design documentation, submittals, transmittals, specifications, drawings, etc.) to deliver on the project requirements efficiently.
Tracking and updating system the all incoming and outgoing drawings, letters, electrical & instrumentation types of data sheet, vendors documents, fat documents and maintaining files etc.
Prepare comment sheet and proceed for submission to client/contractor.
Coordination with Client, Contractor, Subcontractors and Project Management Team and other internal departments documentation related issues.
Tracking and updating for prepared weekly report.
Maintain the document tracking sheet for all incoming & outgoing correspondence, technical submittal, drawing etc.
Prepare comment sheet and distribute to contractor/client.
Preparing technical reports such as research, systems diagnostics, and design analysis documentation.
Oversee the construction of marine vessels and equipment to ensure their quality and integrity.
Ensure adherence to safety precautions and project timelines.
Training and supervising engineering teams including designers, mechanics, and construction staff.
