Job Description

Position Title:Indoor SalesEmployment Type:Full-timeSalary:up to 3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Dubai and Ajman, UAEAbout the Client:A chocolate manufacturing & retail company with outlets based in Dubai and AjmanJobDescription:

  • Be the face of the brand to customers ? giving friendly, warm welcome to incoming customers and understanding their needs, suggestions, and options
  • Upsell and promote products to walk in customers and orders made over the phone
  • Market the products through attractive, organized display in store, according to events/season/new and promotions.
  • Work with management to drive more traffic online/ digital platform like IG, website, Facebook, etc. product posting, answering comments and feedback online, being on top of current events or market demands
  • Addressing regular patrons of the outlet and treating them as VIPs to ensure they are well taken care of each time they visit and refer their friends
