JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:? Consult and design tailor-made itineraries to meet the client?s requirement: Tickets, transfers, accommodation, tours & meet & greet at airport, receive feedback from client to ensure clients get a complete service? Regularly respond and action queries of varying urgencies to ensure the client?s requirements can be met? Check most possible sources of rate availabilities for services as per the requirements of clients and renegotiate rates with DMCs and suppliers to get the best rates for clients? Send promotional items to client groups to increase business with existing clients? ?Smart sell? to clients such as upselling of add-ons, capitalising on enquiries with certain direct hotel contracts to bring in productivity for ART. ? Follow up on payments with clients to ensure all payments recorded on the system are received.? Record all the enquiries and follow up to update with status of bookings regularly? Report on all daily activities to Finance and to Senior Managers. This ensures that any reconciliation on Finance?s end can be completed as smoothly as possible and Senior Managers are aware of daily operational activitiesJOB REQUIREMENTS:? At least 3-5 years relevant experience in Inbound Tourism? Travel industry knowledge? Previous experience of working with travel systems? Good relationship building skills? Works well under pressure? Ability to work to deadlines? Ability to multitask
