In Room Dining - Order TakerDescription :•Directly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly.•To answer phone within 3 rings and follow phone etiquette according to 25hours standards.•Know all menus and on going promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request.•To provide high standard of quality and follow-up to ensure proper delivery time on time as well as speedy service.•To ensure that all operating standards are well understood in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.•To ensure that the room service area is kept clean and organized at all times.•Attend regular training session in line with the departmental SOP’s i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, telephone manners etc.•Perform tasks as per instructions from the immediate supervisor and as per duty schedule.Qualifications:•You’ve completed a hotel & catering course, and have gained experience in a bar•You can motivate your fellow staff and take joint responsibility for planning staff duties and organizing the bar.•You’re keen to work in a bar and gain your first experience there.•You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character📍 Location : Dubai
