úTo perform in a safe and cost-effective way the fulfilment process from order taking to distribution. This affects direct customers, agents, and distributors and all the products for local distribution.úDaily Schedule coordination with SourceúCommunication with transporter for dispatch, FASAH Follow Up and clearance arrangementsúTo optimise local distribution of PG and LB deliveriesúTo manage the key service providers of distribution activity like Quote, Invoice, COO, DGD, COA, HS-DA for BOEúTo manage distribution performance to the agreed standardsúObtain and maintain civil defence approvals for all the fleet, preclearance, FANR approvalúMaintain IVMS and review monthlyúManage the movement of all products across the GCC and communication with customerúTo respect and adhere to all the safety, Health and environment rulesúTo receive, validate and consolidate local orders for direct and indirect channel and communicate with customer as well internal customersúTo plan loads, consolidate and route shipmentsúTo deliver product and trigger invoicingúTo manage local carriers and delivery modesúTo manage local delivery business rulesúManager contractors and haulersúTo manage delivery performance to the agreed standards (cost and quality)úHave a permanent contact with make supervisors to ensure a flawless, operationsúManaging and executing the stock withdraw transaction in LB ShellúManage the PRO duties for fleet.úAccrual, booking invoice on-timeúHandling Export DG Cargo Shipments (Tanks, Cylinders, Dewars) ? Pure Gases and MixturesúArranging Export shipment of Helium Liquid Dewars by AIR (need to apply FANR permit) ? full coordination with Sales, Operation Team, Freight Forwarder and Customer -úArranging the clearance and delivery of Returned Empty Dewars shipment from Customers by AIR ? full coordination with Customer/Shipper and Freight ForwarderúArranging the clearance and delivery of Returned Empty Dewars from Iraq ? by SEA thru Breakbulk ? need to apply MOFA approvalúHandling Import clearance from GCC CountriesúHandling shipments to Karachi by SEA ? LCL and FCLúHandling tanks MEET ? full coordination with UAE Forwarder, APME & Oman Team and Destination/Loading TeamúHandling Import shipments from Door-to-door from Supplier (any Mode of Transportation) ? need to get quotation from various forwarders and nominate the best one (rate and service wise) - required BID Tab Form for Supply Chain Manager?s approvalúApproving Vendor?s Invoices on a timely mannerúHandling Import shipments from intercompany and ensure that materials will be received on a timely mannerúHandling Export shipments based on Customer?s agreed Delivery Terms, monitor it closely and ensure that shipments will arrive at destination accordinglyúHandling Local Deliveries and documentation required by Customer and obtain all Customs Formalities, inside and outside Jebel Ali FreezoneúProvides teamwork with different departments such as Sales, Production and Co-Logistics CoordinatorúPerform other related duties as requiredDimensions:úInquire updated Air, Land and Sea Freights from various freight forwardersúGenerating Delivery Note and Shipping Documents in SAP & LBúRequire full coordination with Sales, Production, Customer and Forwarding Agents to deliver the orders on timeúEnsure that updated freight rates are always given to Sales TeamúHandling Export shipments based on Customer?s agreed Delivery Terms, monitor it closely and ensure that shipments will arrive at destination accordinglyúHandling Import shipments from ROW and ensure that materials will be received on a timely mannerúApproving Vendor?s InvoicesúArranging Export order shipments to Customer from UAE to ROWúArranging Import order shipments from Supplier to UAEúHandling Import Clearance and Delivery from UAE Airports, Sea Ports and Border to AP Middle East ? by Sea, Air and Land TransportPrincipal AccountabilitiesThis position is accountable for the following end results:úDelivered the Customer?s order on a timely mannerúReceived the order purchased from Supplier on timeúEnsure that all Customs Formalities was obtained prior shipment
