The Immigration Consultant stays current with immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate and timely services.Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on immigration options and requirements.
  • Documentation Preparation:
  • Assist clients in gathering and preparing required documentation for visa applications, work permits, residency, and other immigration processes.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with current immigration laws and regulations.
  • Application Submission:
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications on behalf of clients to relevant government agencies.
  • Monitor application progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Case Management:
  • Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their application
  • Client Advocacy:
  • Advocate on behalf of clients with immigration authorities to resolve issues or expedite processes.
  • Represent clients in immigration proceedings when required.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
