Job Description

Our client is a leading bank in the UAE. They are now looking for an˙IBOR Project Consultant-Global Corporate Finance˙to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing the documentation related to transitioning the existing GCF loans from IBOR to Risk free rates from a commercial standpoint
  • Co-ordinating with GCF IBOR legal, LPM, GM and Sharia and other internal stakeholders on transition
  • Adhering to established quality control measures and procedures
  • Staying abreast with recent global developments related to IBOR transitions
  • Ensure that the regulatory reports for various central banks related to transitioning the existing loans are accurate and sent in a timely manner
