The IAM specialist role constitutes the following: ? Participates in the strategic alignment of the IAM program with overall business needs by driving meaningful collaboration and operational plans.? Collaborates with business/ process owners and other stakeholders, in order to manage deliverables within timeframe? Applies new methodologies to Identity & Access management including the interpretation of policies & standards, and their proactive application.1. Bachelors or Master?s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent discipline2. Master?s Degree in Business Management or equivalent3. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA,CISM - Desirable3-5 years? experience in leading an identity & access management domain and implementation of centralized identity services (federated or otherwise) in a banking environmentDeep knowledge of tools & processes required for controlling & ensuring access to systems, environment and roles as well as their underlying technology (Technical) Knowledge of the current toolset and capabilities for access controls as well as possible remediation for current challenges (Technical)Knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, HIPAA, PCI, Sarbanes Oxley, GLBA, SOC /SSAE16 with respect to identity management (Technical)
