Job Description

Human Resource OfficerWe are looking for a qualified H.R Officer who can join immediately in our team. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and good knowledge in latest HR practices.Responsibility

  • Maintain bio-metric system in different office locations and generate daily attendance report. Coordinate with timekeeper for daily site staff daily attendance and update in the system on daily basis.
  • Assist in payroll Preparation, overtime, addition and deletion of employee?s name and bank details.
  • Prepare leave salaries, and final EOSB calculation.
  • Preparing Employee Contracts, Offer Letters, Employment Certificates, Experience Letters, and other letters as requested.
  • Assist in preboarding and onboarding process.
  • Monitoring the validity of staff visas, Work Permits, and passports to renew or extend it before the expiry date.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems.
  • Provide exceptional Employee relation in all matters related to human resources and resolving grievances in a professionally manner.
  • Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary, which includes re-defining and setting up of KPI.
  • Support in managing the insurance policies including the administration, addition, deletion of members, proper entitlement application, and medical insurance process assistance.
  • Support in managing staff?s probationary performance and evaluation to recommend confirmation.
