Our company is looking for an IT Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in hiring for Software Development or IT Companies, in full-cycle recruiting, and with basic tech expertise.Salary range is 10,000aed - 15.000aed per month.Responsibilities: Managing an entire recruitment cycle and ensuring that all processes and parameters within the hiring space are well-defined and completely Source candidates on job boards/portals, social media, resume databases, other professional networks, and referrals; Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards and circulating them via other channels like social media etc. Interview candidates via various sources i.e. phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings); Must always have the recruitment tracker updated regularly and maintain the candidates database; Handling joining formalities, Exit-interviews & coordinating with ex-employees; Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, leaves, and attendance management
