  • Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and company culture;
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management;
  • Manage training programs and career development initiatives;
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations and workplace policies.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires;
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in all HR processes;
  • Implement and enforce company policies related to workplace behavior, leave, and attendance;
  • Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture;
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and performance;
  • Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with management on employee development plans;
  • Handle visa processing and employee documentation in coordination with finance and PRO;
  • Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen company culture.
