Job Description

A well-established trading service company in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee HR operations, workforce administration, and government-related processes. The role requires handling large volumes of data and managing high-volume HR operations efficiently..Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment to attract top talent.
  • Managing HR accounts and overseeing workforce administration.
  • Leading new hire orientation and onboarding with care and efficiency.
  • Handling PRO-related processes, including visa applications, labor permits, and liaising with government authorities.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws.
  • Managing a team, including PROs, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Acting as an Operations Ninja to ensure all turnaround times (TAT) are met.
  • Handling large volumes of employee documentation and administrative data.
