Human Resources ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:?Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across the UAE and GCC, ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation for new staff and organizing training programs.?Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and payroll while ensuring compliance with MoHRE WPS regulations.?Address employee relations, develop & Implement HR policies and plan engagement activities.?Oversee HRMS management, labor law compliance and health insurance processes.?Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses and lease contracts.?Collaborate with the HSE Officer on accommodation and safety issues.?Act as ISO representative, ensuring certification compliance and Deliver regular HR and Administrative reports to senior management.Requirements:?Bachelor?s Degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.?Minimum of 4 years of experience as a HR Executive/Similar position in the UAE.?Proficient in Hindi, Urdu, English and Basic Arabic.?Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.Pay Scale: AED 5,000 to AED 7,000, plus benefits in accordance with UAE laws.Job location: Dubai
