Job Description

Human Resources AssociateDescriptionWe are looking for a talented HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE to join our team specializing in HUMAN RESOURCES for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Works within defined human resource processes (e.g. compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews, relocation, and immigration support) and may help determine the
appropriate actions required in more complex situations; Provides general information and guidance on benefits and compensation.
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resource information systems, including employee records
  • Assists in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advises on compliance with key legislative requirements
  • Manages and coordinates internal and external audit requests for example gathering information in aid of quality audits such as ISO.
  • Mid-month reports such as Head count and HSE reports, Separation reports, costing code
  • Provide employee data for visa renewals
QualificationsTo be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree
  • Good attention to detail
  • Data management skills
