•Conduct HSE Orientations, inductions, and awareness sessions for all workers.•Understand and implement the defined HSE plan•Own all HSE related documentation (Procedures/ process/Risk Assessments/Forms)•Participate in and support the completion of periodic risk assessments.•Conduct regular HSE inspections throughout the workshop to identify non-compliance and take measures to rectify it.•Implement and monitor emergency response plans and procedures.•Regularly inspect all firefighting equipment and first aid kits, conduct toolbox talks, and prepare reports.•Inspection and monitor of housekeeping activities throughout premises.•Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.•Manage Waste disposal for the facility (General waste/Hazardous waste/trade water waste) with approved supplier and JAFZA / Trakhees.•Coordinate with all legal Authorities to make facility fully compliance with local rules and regulations•Lead OFC renewals for the facility•Conduct yearly emergency mock drills (Fire/Medical/chemical)•Conduct internal / External HSE trainings•Coordinate with all team members to make sure regular housekeeping is taken care•Continuously improving the HSE system and facility conditions•Report monthly HSE data and analysis.•Participate and facilitate the ISO audits, Authority inspections, and Customer audits•Develop behavioral training for workers to improve safety culture•Support management for taking decisions to improve safety culture Company Profile Established in 1986, Inter Dowding and Mills is among the undisputed leading Specialist in the Gulf Region for the Supply, Overhaul, Refurbishment, Rewinding .
