HSE ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.•Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.•Lead incident investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with preventive recommendations.•Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, Federal Law No. 8 of 1980, and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.•Provide HSE training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness across the organization.•Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to uphold high safety standards in all operations.•Maintain documentation and prepare safety performance reports for management review.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.•Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HSE management within the construction industry (UAE experience is an advantage).•Strong leadership skills with a proven record of managing safety teams and implementing safety protocols effectively.•Excellent understanding of UAE HSE regulations and international safety frameworks.•Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing abilities.•Possession of professional safety certifications such as NEBOSH, SAMTRAC, or equivalent is highly desirable.
