Job Description

HSE Manager I Al Futtaim Real Estate I Al Futtaim MallsOverview of the role:Developing and ensure implementing of Health & Safety Management system in Al Futtaim Malls, and provide support and guidance to AFMG malls and properties.ÿWhat you will do:Responsible for:1) Update Health & Safety SOP and policies.

  • ÿProcedures
  • Implementation
ÿ2) Ensure that HSE team are fully controlling & monitoring implementation of HSE procedures on day-to-day operations in AFMG Malls (fitting out ? events ? construction work ? patrolling ? incidents)ÿÿ3) Risk Assessment for the Mall Hazardous areas to identify hazards and to implement required control measures:
  • Parking
  • ÿRoof
  • Loading Areas
  • ÿService Rooms
  • ÿStorage Rooms
ÿ4)Coordination & Collaboration with Tenants & Anchors to:
  • Implement Regular Inspection
  • ÿEnsure all Tenants are complied with HSE regulations
ÿ5) Monitoring Emergency Protection system by continuous coordination with FM team
  • Automatic Fire System
  • ÿManual Fire System
  • ÿTransformers & Service Roomsÿ
ÿ6)ÿInvestigation of accidents inside the premises and work plan to avoid similar accidentsÿ7)I mplement Development Plan for HSE team to ensure they are qualified , knowledge updated and fit for their jobsÿ8)ÿMonitor and ensure implementation of Emergency Plans:
  • ÿEvacuation Plan
  • Crisis Management Plan
  • Emergency Respond Plan
  • ÿEmergency Equipment & Tool
ÿJob Context:Experience in Malls, Retail, Construction and Real Estate Fields. Experience in Managing Team members, Tenants and Stakeholders to ensure efficiency in HSE implementations in all properties
