HSE EngineerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.•Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.•Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.•Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.•Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions, and pollution control.•Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.•Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training sessions.•Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve HSE performance.•Act as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inquiries and regulatory inspections.Qualification and Skill :•Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (or related field) is mandatory. Experience:•At least 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction sectors.•Proven experience in the implementation, management, and documentation of HSE policies and procedures in both industries.•Experience in conducting risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
