These include On-premise solutions like SAP HCM to cloud-based solutions such as SuccessFactors and Salesforce.Expertise Domains:???????? SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.???????? Experience in administering any of the top 3 HR systems on ERP solutions for large enterprisesKey Responsibilities:???????? Depending on business demand and domain expertise, the role holder will primarily focus on the service delivery aspects of SuccessFactors & SAP HCM systems and support any technology Implementations initiatives???????? Resolve support tickets/cases raised in their assigned domain to the target SLA standards, including:o?? Escalated Master Data Changeso?? Troubleshooting Support ?o?? System Admin related ? Cloud Systemso?? Analyticso?? Authorizations Support???????? Conduct Master Data Quality Reviews, provide feedback and ensure sustainable fixes are executed by the process owners????????
