The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park is the largest single-site solar park in the world, with a planned capacity of 1,000MW by 2020, and 5,000MW by 2030, with a total investment of AED 50 billion.The solar park will use a range of photovoltaic and concentrated solar power technologies to provide clean energy to the citizens and residents of Dubai. It incorporates an Innovation Centre, a Research & Development centre, testing facilities and a solar powered water desalination plant.Abengoa is taking part in the construction of 3 Solar Power Plants (600 MW) during the next 48 months.Our HR Technician will be in charge of:?-Implementation logistics for the Project:-Reception of new expats and assistance with their relocation and settlement in the country, etc.-Provide assistance to the project staff-Provide support to the corporate HR department by interacting with the local HR partners such as PRO, payroll providers, etc.-Local Recruitment-Carry out the maintenance and updating of the corresponding database (recruitment, terminations, liquidations, work calendars and data changes).-HR reporting to Corporate Department-Providing Employee Assistance
