Role Responsibilities:Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR Management System (HRMS).Liaise with government agencies on labor-related matters (e.g., GOSI, QIWA).Maintain a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
