HR SpecialistJob Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates•Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.•Coordinate with department heads to address staffing needs and job requirements.•Conduct onboarding, including orientation and training on company policies and procedures.•Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.•Support managers in handling employee performance issues and corrective actions.•Administer payroll, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.•Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.•Organize training programs to align employee skills with organizational needs.•Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, performance reviews).•Assist managers with setting performance goals, appraisals, and addressing performance issues.•Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with company values and legal standards.•Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.•Promote employee wellness programs and health initiatives.•Analyze HR data to provide insights on turnover, performance trends, and more.Requirements:•Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in pharmaceuticals).•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.•Gulf experience.
