  • Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly
  • Conduct new employee orientations to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and job expectations
  • Handle full process of recruitment and support operations team
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and professionally
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks, to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
