Our client is a leading consulting organization and are looking at HR specialists strong in UAE labor laws.�Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
Maintain HR procedures and policies that comply with labor regulations.
Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
Maintain and follow up with expat residency to be renewed and up to date.
Assist Finance team to prepare the payroll monthly.
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in UAE.
