HR SpecialistJob Location : UAE:?Handling payroll with headcount of 255 + employees through ERP?Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely?Collecting Timesheet from Supervisor, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information on ERP?Evaluating time entries for accuracy on the regular and overtime hours.?Preparing monthly payroll allowances?Processing leave salary settlements through ERP?Addressing and resolving general payroll-related inquiries.?Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information?Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential?Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures?Preparing the database of all employees.?Coordinating with the JAFZA in new Visa processing and Visa Renewal procedures. Arranging medical for Visa as well as health cards for the staff?Audit and maintenance of employee files?Processing the leave requests from the employees and ticket booking according to the leave dates.?Issuing of NOC, salary certificate, etc. as per the employee?s request through Dubai Trade PortalJob Details :?Bachelor?s degree in BA or MBA, Management, or any related field.?Computer skills in MS Office, and MS Windows.?Minimum 5 years in the same field.?Management skills, Commitment, Initiative, multitasking.
