That?s why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?We have an opportunity for a HR Specialist to join our Honeywell Corporate Human Resource Services team based in Istanbul, Turkey.This a fantastic opportunity to be part of a matrix reporting structure, collaborating with colleagues based in Istanbul, Bucharest.You will be working with internal & external customers and business leaders dealing with operational HR related matters.You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies.HR Specialistresponsibilities:On-boarding process administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements);Off-boarding process administrationEmployee letters (e.g. verification letters) and Employment contracts modifications;Medical and benefits administration;Leave administration;Excel based reporting related to HR activitiesManaging HR service requests in CRM (PeopleSoft and Salesforce) according to Golden rules;Being the point of contact for employees queries and direct them to the right channel if needed;Involvement in process integration if required;Initiate improvement ideas and action on it;Coordinate and provide data and information to payroll for monthly closing;Comply with all required policies & local labor law.We offer
