Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively supporting future hiring needs. Attracting candidates using various sources like job free paid sites (Khaleej Times, etc) and accredited job portals (Bayt.com, Gulf Talent and Dubizzle). Ensuring the company attracts hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

  • Design and implement overall recruitment strategies
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Post hiring needs continuously to maintain strong talent pipeline
  • Source and recruitment candidates by using databases, etc.
  • Screen candidates CVs and job applications
  • Conduct online interviews using various reliable selection tools to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills and experiences
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
