HR Recruiter - FemaleJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods including databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.•Conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.•Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant teams.•Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.•Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and conducting phone or video interviews.•Create job postings and advertisements for open positions, ensuring a clear and concise description of responsibilities and qualifications.•Perform background checks and reference checks on candidates.•Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.•Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.•Stay up to date with employment laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and attract top talent.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.•Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency recruitment).•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.•Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).•Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
