Summary:Manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, including sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. Ultimately, play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.Responsibilities:ú Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.ú Source potential candidates from various online channels.ú Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.ú Screen incoming resumes and application forms.ú Interview candidates via phone calling and face to face interviews.ú Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.ú Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to line managers.ú Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.ú Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.ú Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.ú Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.ú Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.ú Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
