We are looking for a JAPANESE recruiter for our company based in Dubai.ObjectivesProvide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individualsEnsure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mindDevise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicantsCreate and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidatesForm close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewerResponsibilitiesCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through online channels, such as and other professional networks.Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references2-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networksExperience in using Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.QualificationBachelors degree (or equivalent ) in human resource management or similar field.Experience - 2 or 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition or similar rolelanguages - JapaneseCandidates who are willing to join immediately preferably with own visa .Job Type: Full-timeContact no: 054-791-9384
