Receive recruitment requisition for Jr. Positions except teachers
Assess where to source the right candidate
Send all referral flyers ? WhatsApp and Email (all Jr. Positions except teachers)
Arrange walk in interviews
Shortlisting of candidates ? all Jr. Positions except teachers
Prepare offer letter for HR Manager approval
Discuss and issue the offer letter and joining documents
Conduct reference background check
File and maintain recruitment documents
Update candidate Masterfile
Schedule interviews to the line managers
Coordinate with HR for the induction schedule
Coordinate and arrange the training schedule
Coordinate with the line managers for the evaluation
Collect all the original documents from the new joiners
Update the training details in the New Joiner tracker for payroll
Send new joiner email
Coordinate with PRO for the visa requirements
Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager
