Position: HR RecruiterWork Hours: 9AM to 6PMContract Duration: UNLIMITEDOffice Location: Onyx Tower 1 - Dubai Internet CitySalary: AED 2,500 - 3,000/-PM? Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.? Searching CVs from various platforms like gulf, Bayt and .? Handle the recruitment cycle ranging from sourcing to coordinating for employment visa and onboarding.? Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements? Performing phone interviews with candidates? Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need? Administering appropriate company assessments? Produce and distribute correspondence emails, letters and forms.? Prepares checklist for client?s review and shortlisting for each proposed candidates.? In charge of sending offer letters to selected candidates and getting candidates required documents for visa processing.? Handle candidate queries in relation with salaries, leaves, allowances and benefits.
