Main activitiesPerform Data Privacy reviews for HR projects, processes and tools through analysis, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and approvals and proactively promote Privacy by Design ensuring HR projects, tools and processes adhere to Data Privacy guidelines, policies and regulations.Review HR Data Analytics Requests and any ad-hoc requests to ensure that ensure data protection robust controls are in place.Monitor HR Data Subjects requests in close collaboration with Legal and HR.Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Legal, Country HR, IT and Corporate Audit.Collect performance statistics and prepare team presentations.GENERIC ResponsibilitiesMain activitiesIndividual and team performanceFulfillment the daily activities (individuals or team activities), as well as the annual projects, according to the established performance levelOrganization and management of subordinated human resources(only for functions with direct reports)Creates and reviews periodically the job descriptions for direct reportsParticipates in the recruitment and selection process for hiring staff.Set targets for each direct reportEnsures accurate data maintenance in HR Direct (open requisitions, terminations, transfers)Approves Bravo awards, as well as disciplinary actions or termination initiation;Identifies training needs, as well as the induction program for new hiresSets development plans (technical & behavioral) for his own reports, ensures succession planning.Conducts annual performance assessment of direct reports, based on individual targets in HPD and Honeywell behaviors.Follows the implementation and compliance with internal regulations and rules of health and safetyOrganizes department resources, based on organizations needs and legal provisions regarding vacation planning, overtime, unpaid leave etcContinuous improvement/ HOSResponsible for kaizen process for the teamContributes in an active way to the continuous improvement of department?s performance or company?s performance: identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and department?s activities (Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the company) and through coaching techniquesParticipation to internal audit, third party, corporate, second party (clients, certification)Performs Gemba walks/5S audits/SOS audits/LSW audits, identifies non conformitiesCommunication and reportingUtilises LSW daily and revises its content on a quarterly basisParticipates to all the meetings which are necessary for this position (daily Tier meetings level 1,2,3 or 4, or weekly/monthly meetings, etc.)Centralizes monthly data regarding department planning and achievementsMeasure and reports daily department performance ;Health, security, environment, emergency situations(only for functions with direct reports)Monitors the achievement of HSE targets, according to continuous improvement philosophy, prevention of of accidents and environment pollution.Monitors and makes sure the HSE rules and internal regulations are followed by direct reportsResponsible for the implementation of HSE legal and corporate requirements, on managed processes .Participates in identifying and assessing risks and environmental aspectsEstablishes technical sanitary and organizational HSE measures , for direct reportsEnsures work instructions are created (including HSE instructions), for the jobs they manager, taking into account existing HSE risksEnsure that reports have the necessary authorizations and trainings and they are medically fit for the jobManages the implementation of the evacuation plan for its area of responsibilityHealth, security, environment, emergency situations- individual responsibilitiesPerforms the activity in accordance with own experience, knowledge and work instructions of the role, in a specific manner in which no person is exposed to accidents or professional and without risks for their safety and health, in its field of activityIn case of fire emergency/ accidental spilling/work accident, must inform the direct manager, intervention team/ firefighters/ the medical rescue team and participates actively in accordance with the specific responsibilities from the directives of intervention plans or the emergency team.to acquire and to respect the provisions of the legislation in the field of health and safety at work, environment and SU and their application?
