Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, EOSB, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of employee details and payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay scale.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned projects related to payroll.
Assess and recommend payroll processing solutions in additional operating jurisdictions.
Documentation of new or enhanced policy, procedure, and practices
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience from an HR Payroll environment.
Willingness to have close, daily collaboration with staff in multiple regions.
Actively engaged in all aspects of payroll management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of data.
Exhibit the highest standards of professional integrity and business ethics.
Very good communications skills, both oral and written.
Strong inter-personal skills.
Can work independently but open to feedbacks from colleagues.
Very strong organizational, time management, planning and prioritization skills.

Intermediate to advance level in working with Oracle ERP and/or Fusion is a must.
Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
