Job Description

AX CAPITAL, a leading real estate firm based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR operations and functions, and a good understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai would be advantageous.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making by senior management
  • Establish, set and deliver KPIs and internal SLAs as a critical support function within the business.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals in the delivery of HR services
  • Support design and build of HRIS
