Are youinterested in exploring a potential new opportunity with an entertainment industry leader?HR Officer Maintains and enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.HR Officer Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Reach out to our sister office in China to discuss grievances and concerns of staff working remotely in the China.
  • Maintain employees? payroll and update employee records.
  • work on employees? benefits like insurance benefits and flights.
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Serving as a strategic partner to management by integrating HR strategies into the organizations overall mission and operational strategy.
  • General office management.
